Bulls draft picks Tony Snell and Erik Murphy have signed their respective rookie contracts, been through the rigors of the Las Vegas Summer League and now they'll have their own trading cards.
The pair posed for their new cards -- Snell was seen holding an autographed one at the shoot -- on Wednesday, and Erik Murphy said it was a surreal site to see himself on a trading card after he collected them as a kid.
"Getting my first Panini card is something special," Murphy said. "I used to collect cards when I was younger and when I get one with my face on it it's just a really exciting feeling."
The Bulls used the No. 20 pick in June's NBA draft on Snell, who could log minutes at small forward behind Luol Deng as a defensive specialist and outside shooter.
Murphy, the Bulls' second round pick, led the SEC in 3-point shooting last season and, while he doesn't project to log major minutes, he has a real chance to make the team as a cheap option for the Bulls, who are again dealing with tight salary-cap restrictions.
