Perhaps Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor can predict the future.
In a report in the Pioneer Press, the team's expected and long-rumored trade of Kevin Love is expected to come on Aug. 23 or 24.
It's a very specific date for a deal, for sure, but the owner said it's a likely couple of days.
Also interesting in the report is that the Cavaliers are still listed as the favorites to land the All-Star big man but that the Timberwolves are still listening to offers from the Bulls and Warriors. The Sixers are also listed as a potential third team to be involved if the trade should require a third team.

While viewing the deal as inevitable, Walters likes what his team could get in return.
"I think when you move somebody like Kevin, who's been an All Star, that you've got to get a number of players on your team that have the potential of replacing him," Taylor said. "Flip (Saunders, Timberwolves president) has looked at this team and offensively, he's got a pretty good team. Defensively, it's got to be better, so I think that's where some of the areas will be replaced."
