Updated: Bears GM search down to two

League sources have told CSNChicago.com's Kip Lewis that the Bears' GM search is down to two candidates, Phil Emery and Tim Ruskell, with a decision expected Tuesday. The Bears are reportedly negotiating with Emery. CSNChicago.com's John 'Moon' Mullin also reported Monday morning Emery was a "slight favorite" for the job.

Earlier today, Lewis reported San Diego's Jimmy Raye was out of the running for the job.
Emery was an area scout for the Bears from 1998-2004.
