"So what's up?"

Kelly Ripa had the perfect way to sum up the week for her recent co-host Dwyane Wade on the "Live with Kelly" show Thursday morning.

After a crazy week of free agency, Wade made his decision to come to the Bulls Wednesday night, just hours before appearing as Ripa's co-host.

"It's still surreal. I'm still numb," Wade said. "This decision that I had to make last night; I've been in Miami for 13 incredible years. You get a week to decide what you're gonna do.

"I got no sleep. I lost probably 5-10 pounds just not being able to eat."

Wade said he was sweating so much during the last week and deflected Ripa's joke about the "Dwyane Wade diet" by ensuring "it is not healthy. It's so stressful."

Wade also gave a shout-out to Heat nation for embracing "this little shy kid from Chicago" in Miami, but admitted he's been dreaming of playing for the Bulls his whole life.

"Being a kid, growing up, Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls was the team for us," Wade said. "I've always envisioned myself in the backyard with a Bulls jersey on, always envisioned Dwyane Wade's name being called in the United Center and I get an opportunity to live that dream out."

Wade Tweeted a similar sentiment Thursday afternoon, too:
