After Chris Sale struggled through his first two spring starts, a bit of consternation of the lefty's move from the bullpen to rotation popped up. Any fears were unfounded -- those were Sale's first two starts since college and they came in spring training, when nothing besides staying healthy really matters.

So when Sale came out and threw six shutout innings Monday, it didn't actually change much -- just as his first two starts didn't change much. The results aren't the issue here, although hopefully they can quiet the "he should've stayed a closer" crowd for a bit.
