Alfonso Soriano's River North condo has gone off the market for $2.9 million, per the Chicago Tribune.
The former Cubs left fielder placed his 44th-floor home on the market back on Sept. 12 for $2.95 million. The deal closed on Jan. 16.
The 3,828 square-foot penthouse features three bedrooms and a 150 square-foot terrace.
The Cubs dealt Soriano to the New York Yankees in July. He had joined the Cubs in 2006 and was signed to an eight-year, $136 million deal.
