The Cubs had their highest run output since 2009 after scoring 17 runs in Monday's victory over the St. Louis Cardinals.
Are the Cubs finally turning the corner? Or did the offense rise to the occasion because they had a pregame prep talk from a celebrity?
Juan Pablo Galavis, star of the most recent season of "The Bachelor" on ABC, stopped by Busch Stadium Monday night to take in the Cubs-Cardinals game.
Before the game, Juan Pablo caught up with Cubs hitting coach Bill Mueller and first base coach Eric Hinske.

Juan Pablo chatted with a few Cubs players before a quick stop into the team's clubhouse.
As the game got out of hand early, Cardinals fans decided to ignore the product on the field and take pictures with Juan Pablo.

Maybe the Cubs can convince Juan Pablo to become a team ambassador after last night's performance.
I don't know who Juan Pablo Galavis is, but I hope he keeps visiting the Cubs. #cubsway— Jeff Palermo (@jeffpalermoLRN) May 13, 2014
