One day after the Boston Red Sox brought home their third title in the last 10 years with a 4-2 series victory over the St. Louis Cardinals, the odds to win the 2014 World Series have been released by Bovada.
The Chicago White Sox come in at 50/1 odds, which is good for 21st in MLB. The Chicago Cubs have lower odds than their south side rivals, which are 66/1 and 24th worst odds in the majors.
The teams with the best odds to win the 2014 World Series include the Los Angeles Dodgers at 7/1, Detroit Tigers at 9/1 and the defending champion Red Sox at 10/1.
The bottom three teams in the league include the New York Mets at 75/1 odds, Miami Marlins at 200/1 and finally the Houston Astros at 250/1.
