Examining potential economic impact of All-Star Game at Wrigley

From Derek Jeter's final All-Star Game to the self serve beer machines, it seems as though Minneapolis has had a successful week of All-Star festivities. 

According to CSN Business Insider Rick Horrow, Minneapolis should see about $75 million in profit from the week-long All-Star festivities. When New York hosted the event, the total was estimated around $200 million.

So what kind of money could Chicago bring in if the city was able to host the All-Star Game at newly renovated Wrigley Field?

"If Chicago does get the renovation done and apply for an All-Star Game at Wrigley Field, they'll have significant economic impact, three times as much as here (Minneapolis)," Horrow said.
