Starlin Castro left Tuesday's game in the first inning after suffering an apparent left foot injury.
The Cubs shortstop attempted to slide into home plate but his left foot got stuck into the dirt on the play. Check out the play in the GIF below.
Javier Baez moved to shortstop while Logan Watkins took over at second.
