Most of the Cubs players and coaches can't even remember what they were doing at age 21, but Addison Russell is already in the big leagues and starting to turn the corner in his development.
Cubs senior vice president of scouting and player development Jason McLeod provides updates on three of the Cubs' under-the-radar prospects: Dan Vogelbach, Arismendy Alcantara and Pierce Johnson.
While Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo and Addison Russell show real promise, the Cubs are still waiting for Starlin Castro to elevate his performance in 2015.
