Catcher Miguel Montero believes he's close to returning to the Cubs lineup after being sidelined for the last two weeks with a sprained left thumb.
Despite all of the trade rumors swirling, Joe Maddon told Starlin Castro he will remain with the Cubs. Now the shortstop must focus and elevate his play on the field.
