But despite his prowess on the pitch, the star of the "Men in Red" may be equally as talented in the realm of acting.
MLS released "Mike Magee's Day Off" on Wednesday, a spoof on the 80's cult classic "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." Magee played the role of Ferris, with U.S. women's forward Sydney Leroux as Sloane, U.S. men's defender Omar Gonzalez as Cameron and U.S. women's goaltender Hope Solo as Jeanie. The video features cameos from Thierry Henry, Judah Friedlander, Michael Bradley, Dwayne De Rosario, Jimmy Conrad and Clint Mathis. Fire players Sean Johnson, Harry Shipp, Quincy Amarikwa and head coach Frank Yallop also appeared in the spoof.
