Jason Campbell is expected to have one thing that Jay Cutler has had to play without for almost a month:
Alshon Jeffery.
The rookie wide receiver on Friday went through his first full practice, without limitations. All indications are that the No. 2 draft choice and second-leading receiver when he broke his right hand in Jacksonville will return to action against the San Francisco 49ers.

Alshon Jeffery really looked good, so we have him at full practice right now, said coach Lovie Smith. Alshon was playing great ball when he went down with the injury, when he hurt his hand. Another big target. Another guy for Jason to throw to if it comes to that. Another guy with some size to block if we lean more towards the run.
Jeffery was targeted on 23 passes before his injury. He caught 14, two for touchdowns and 10 for first downs. He is one of three Bears receivers averaging more than 13 yards (13.1) per catch.
