It's fiesta time in Rockford!

It's fiesta time in Rockford!

Get ready hockey fans, because there's going to be quite the fiesta in Rockford.

On Nov. 16, the IceHogs and Corona will be joining forces to provide fans with a Mexican-style celebration during the team's matchup against Houston. The first 2,500 fans will receive official Los IceHogs maracas, but one of the biggest surprises is that Rockford is becoming a hotspot for celebrities. That's right, Nickelodeon star Dora the Explorer will be in attendance!

Watch out for the paparazzi.

But the fun doesn't stop there. The players will be rocking all sorts of yellows, greens, reds and oranges in the team's Los IceHogs jerseys. And in case you had any doubt, yes, that is Hammy showing off his Movember look.

Thanks to IceHogs forward and now part-time model Brandon Pirri, we get a little taste of what's to come next week.

Note: Guests are highly encouraged to match the jersey numbers by also wearing a festive sombrero.

Qu hermoso!

If you want to join the fun and maybe even bring some chips and salsa to share, get your tickets here.

Denver Nuggets fall in me vs. Nuggets challenge

Denver Nuggets fall in me vs. Nuggets challenge

The Denver Nuggets have been hot of late, winning seven of their last 10 games against pretty stiff competition. However, they were no match in a tough virtual matchup on Friday night.

CSN Chicago associate producer Adam Yingst took on Nikola Jokic and company in #MeVsNuggets, a challenge in which the person watching must eat more chicken nuggets than Denver has field goals.

Fighting a cold, Yingst powered through 41 chicken nuggets to seal the victory over Denver. If that isn't reminiscent of the Michael Jordan flu game, then we don't know what is.

Watch this impressive accomplishment and catch some funny outtakes in the video above.
