Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly rode a horse to practice

Notre Dame's final practice at Culver Military Academy was Friday, and coach Brian Kelly took the opportunity to rein things in.

The practice fields at Culver are only a few yards away from the school's horse stables, so Kelly didn't have to do much jockeying to saddle up Friday morning:

No word on what the horse's name was, but we can only hope it was "Knute Rock-neigh."

Notre Dame returns to South Bend to resume preseason practice on Saturday, most likely without any horses on the field.
