Tony Rice is the last quarterback to win a championship at Notre Dame, and he thinks Tommy Rees has what it takes to sustain the level of success seen by the program in the last 12 months.

I had a chance to catch up with Rice, who will provide analysis on the Irish this fall for Comcast SportsNet, before he went on SportsTalk Live on Friday.
