Notre Dame secured a verbal commitment from three-star defensive end Jhonathon Williams on Wednesday, according to Rivals.com.

Williams, a native of Berrian Springs, Mich., originally committed to Missouri in September but flipped to Notre Dame after visiting campus for Saturday's game against BYU.

The 6-foot-6, 230-pound Williams doesn't hold any other offers from BCS programs besides Notre Dame and Mizzou, according to Rivals.

Williams is the 19th player to verbally commit to Notre Dame's 2014 recruiting class. The Irish now have one five-star commit, 10 four-star commits and eight three-star commits.
