Blackhawks Pulse: Reaction to Patrick Kane's return

Share

It's a hockey fan's favorite time of year again as the Stanley Cup playoffs are about to get underway. And if Chicago fans didn't have enough to be excited about before, they sure do now.

The Blackhawks announced earlier this week that the team will in fact have their leading point scorer back as Patrick Kane has been cleared to take the ice in Game 1 against the Nashville Predators on Wednesday night.

After suffering from a broken collarbone back in late February, Kane was projected to miss about 12 weeks during his recovery, which meant he wouldn't be playing again until the time of the Western Conference Final.

But now Kane is back at just the right time as the Blackhawks could use more of an offensive boost heading into the playoffs after dropping their last four games.

Needless to say, the fans in Chicago are pretty excited for his return. So we checked things out over in the Blackhawks Pulse to see what everyone was saying.
