When Geneseo has the ball:
Look for the Green Machine to run the ball and then run the ball some more. Senior RB/DB Rayce Singbush (996 yards rushing 14 touchdowns) leads a deep group of backs who will all get touches in the Geneseo power option offense. The offensive line is always a key for Geneseo and senior OL-DL Nick Verbeck (6-foot-3, 281 pounds) lead the line play.
When Rochester has the ball:
The Rockets have one of the state's most explosive offenses once again under head coach Derek Leonard. All State quarterback Robbie Kelley (2,809 yards passing 23 touchdowns) has weapons all over the field including running back Drew Berberet (1,515 yards 31 touchdowns).

The Rochester offense against the Geneseo defense. Simply put the game will be won or lost here for Geneseo. Rochester has been able to throw it and run it against some of the top teams in the state. Geneseo hasn't faced this explosive of an offense here all season long. The Maple Leafs will need to make plays and force at least a handful of turnovers on defense.
