No. 12 Richards
2013 record: 12-2 (5-1); finished second in the South Suburban Red in 2013. Lost to Batavia 34-14 in the Class 6A State Final game.
Why did the Bulldogs make the CSN Preps Power Rankings? Richards could lay claim to having one of the most potent offensive attacks back in Chicagoland for 2014.
Areas of concern heading into the 2014 season? Richards is loaded in the skills yet will need to replace a ton on both the offensive and defensive lines.
It will be a good season if: the Bulldogs win a Class 6A state title. The focus of the Bulldogs has been a state title and nothing short of that title will do in 2014.
Headliners? Senior quarterback Hasan Muhammed-Rogers is a real threat with the run or the pass and the Bulldogs offense starts and ends with him.
Biggest game in 2014? Richards will travel to take on a very good Geneva team on September 5th. Also Richard will travel to Evergreen Park on October 17th. Evergreen Park upset the Bulldogs in 2013 and I fully expect Richards to be "up" for that one.
