2013 record: 10-3 (6-0); finished first in the North Suburban Lake in 2013. Lost to Loyola Academy 15-14 in the Class 8A semifinal round.

Areas of concern heading into the 2014 season? Can the Patriots catch a break in the injury department? Last season saw Stevenson suffer more than its share of injuries, yet also found a way to get into the Class 8A semifinals.
It will be a good season if: the Patriots win the Class 8A state title. The bar has been set very high again in 2014.
Headliners? Senior wide receiver Cameron Green and senior quarterback Willie Bourbon are verbally pledged to Northwestern. Green will play football while Bourban is set for baseball for the Wildcats starting next fall.
Biggest game in 2014? Stevenson at Lake Zurich on Oct. 2.
