There were some real shake-ups at the top of Scott Phillips' Top-25 Power Rankings, including Curie taking over the top spot. See what else changed this week.

1. Curie (6-0) (3)

The Condors have been taking care of business in the Red-Central during Cliff Alexander's big start to the season. The Pontiac Holiday Tournament and a potential game with Simeon is in the near future.

2. Stevenson (8-0) (4)

Jalen Brunson and company got pushed to the limit on the road against Warren on Friday before rallying for a one-point victory. The Patriots will be one of the favorites in the Proviso West tournament.

3. Orr (5-0) (5)

The addition of Farragut transfer Sire Carroll and Crane transfer Issaiah Hayes should provide the Spartans with even more depth.

4. St. Joseph (8-0) (8)

Held off Brother Rice in a conference matchup and go into Proviso West as one of the favorites. How will their backcourt fare against potential matchups with Stevenson, Morgan Park or Proviso East?

5. Loyola (9-0) (9)

The Ramblers knocked off a feisty Evanston team and will travel to Florida for the Kingdom of the Sun Tournament next week. Senior guard Jack Morrissey eclipsed the 1,000 career point mark this week as well.

6. Morgan Park (6-1) (2)

Although they fell to No. 9 Bogan, the Mustangs rallied with a huge road win over Red-South rival Simeon. Along with Stevenson and St. Joseph, the Mustangs will be one of the favorites at Proviso West.

7. Simeon (6-1) (1)

The Wolverines lost a tough one to Morgan Park at home, but rebounded nicely with a win over one of Indiana's top teams, Bowman Academy.

8. Marian Catholic (6-1) (10)

Huge home win over No. 25 Benet showed that the Spartans can beat a team with a premier post presence.

9. Bogan (9-1) (12)

Junior point guard Luwane Pipkins proved he is one of the state's best players in a win over Morgan Park.

10. Whitney Young (4-2) (6)

Face Jacksonville Providence at the City of Palms Classic in the third-place game on Monday after falling to Paul VI (Va.) in the semifinals.

11. North Chicago (7-1) (11)

The Warhawks survived a tough game against Providence-St. Mel over the weekend and they'll be tested in the State Farm Holiday Classic downstate.

12. St. Viator (8-1) (13)

The Lions held off Nazareth in an East Suburban Catholic Conference clash and they'll be the favorite at the Wheeling Holiday Tournament this week.

13. Larkin (10-1) (14)

Larkin won three games in three nights over the weekend and are on track to be one of the favorites at the Jacobs Holiday Tournament. Senior guard Kendale McCullum is one of the top fourth-quarter performers in the area.

14. Proviso East (7-1) (15)

The Pirates have flown a bit under the radar, but they took care of business in the first round at Proviso West on Saturday against Dunbar and they'll be one of the favorites in the event as the week goes on.

15. Zion-Benton (8-1) (16)

The Zee-Bees knocked off undefeated Crystal Lake South to open the Jacobs Holiday Tournament and senior Milik Yarbrough and junior Admiral Schofield are both playing very well.

16. York (8-0) (17)

The Dukes are undefeated heading into their own Jack Tosh Holiday Classic and they'll be one of the favorites among the 32-team field.

17. Bolingbrook (7-1) (18)

The Raiders showed how balanced they are in a solid win over Stagg earlier in the week. Is Bolingbrook on a collision course with Marian Catholic at McDipper?

18. West Aurora (6-1) (19)

The Blackhawks continue to get solid production from senior point guard Jontrell Walker, but the development of junior Roland Griffin and sophomore big man Carleton Williams is something to watch going forward.

19. St. Rita (5-3) (7)

The Mustangs had a tough week at the Iolani Prep Basketball Classic in Hawaii as they went 2-2 and lost two close games to very good teams from Pennsylvania (Roman Catholic) and New York (Mount Vernon).

The unbeaten Vikings held off rival Schaumburg during the week and they'll be one of the favorites at Wheeling this week.

22. Fenwick (8-2) (NR)

The Friars re-appear in the Power Rankings after recent victories over Benet and Oak Park-River Forest. Sophomore point guard Mike Smith is playing very well.

25. Benet (6-2) (20)

The Redwings have lost to Fenwick and Marian Catholic this season and Sean O'Mara and company will still be a major factor in the ESCC.
