It seems Crete-Monee senior four-star linebacker Nyles Morgan doesn't have a list of top schools after all.

Morgan, the 73rd ranked player in the nation, according to the latest Rivals100 national prospect rankings, had announced his top six schools via Twitter on Sept. 1. But a few days later Morgan quickly reminded that list and is back to square one.

"I don't have a top six anymore because I feel it is too early to start narrowing down schools," Morgan said. "I haven't taken everything into perspective. I've realized this now and will be taking a look at all the teams that are seriously recruiting me.

Morgan named Florida, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt as his favorites. but is now considering offers from several others including Notre Dame, Miami (Fla.), Oregon and UCLA. Morgan has yet to set any official visit dates but also said previously that both Ole Miss and Vanderbilt are schools he will look to make an official visit to.

Plainfield South senior linebacker Clifton Garrett (6-foot-2, 222 pounds) still has official visit set for Florida (Sept. 20), Tennessee (Oct. 4) and Ole Miss (Oct. 18). Garrett is also making an unofficial visit to LSU on Nov. 23, when the Tigers host Texas A&M. Garrett is also expected to make an official visit to LSU after the season. USC has also been included in the linebacker's list of top schools.

Providence Catholic wide receiver Miles Boykin (6-foot-5, 220 pounds) added an offer last week from both Michigan State and Ole Miss. Boykin, who now has offers from the Spartans and the Rebels, along with Illinois and western Michigan, also was in Champaign last Saturday for the Fighting Illini's win over Cincinnati. Boykin is planning to make unofficial visits this fall to Ohio State and Michigan State, and has drawn interest from both schools this fall along with Vanderbilt.

Oak Lawn Richards (2-0) is off to an impressive start so far this season. Junior quarterback Hasan Muhammed-Rogers (5-foot-11, 175 pounds) is an electric playmaker who is drawing more and more recruiting looks this fall.

"I've been getting mail and Facebook messages from Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State, Eastern Illinois and NIU. I'm going to go to an Eastern Illinois game this weekend and I'm also looking at getting out to Indiana and then Michigan State. The feedback from the college coaches has been pretty good from the college coaches and they want to see my tape and stay in touch."

Yet Muhammed-Rogers is isn't letting the increased recruiting interest get in the way of his goals.

"It's great to get all of the mail and interest but I'm also not too hung up on it. It's still pretty early and I really just want to keep my main focus on school and also my team and my season."
