For 39 -- -- -- Ryan Newman Ryan how much different is it going 600 miles as opposed to do -- for 500. Under 200 different though when you pick. -- -- call in all honesty it's a bullet that -- you've got a good race car and -- -- relaxing and not you know. -- -- -- -- That it it's no big deal but if you get your card and going you you struggle to -- at all -- that last hundred or 200 and can be absolutely miserable. So it though it's it's long and grueling and it is takes -- -- -- they thought but if your car working good it's just it's just another owner. Ryan physically how demanding is what you do for a living because. That's the real diehard NASCAR fan knows what it may be like. But the average fan or the man who's kind of casual trying to get in a NASCAR they don't understand maybe. The athletics beat it takes to handle a race car at those speeds with all that's at stake. Well it's it's -- -- you know the ball or listening. You look at the sport like football where you Q you played six straight plays or whatever and get -- TV commercial already it'll climb out pretty get a he hit a whistle for her herb Elliott of the year -- Intensity different you know. A sport like hockey where here you don't know lines here every element perhaps or whatever it is that it's it's entirely different from -- you know we. We rely on an error and eye coordination and our instinctive. The feel of the speed of our fans. Just be relaxed and get a good feel. Race -- Your crew got -- with Kurt Busch's team at Darlington a couple weeks ago he sped through your pets is that cooled off as it. Just something that happens in the heat of the moment or is there still little tension there -- your former teammate. I don't know and you know I mean I was disappointed in the way you handle this situation are. I got nothing to do it you know I am losing race card isn't an offense so it was. This -- to see the way he. You to -- Carter. You know over his frustrations which is. It's not right now when you're you're going what people ourselves vidro. We know it's not the first -- got a temper tantrum and ended indirectly affect me. -- in the end it's racing understand emotional and you know. It's it's a part of and it always has. There is a bill in congress right now I would end military sponsorships in sports. Obviously the army is maybe your main sponsor how big a loss would that be if they -- and their sponsorship do you think it passes. Why did you know it's it's it's not wanna talk about because there's there's. There's a reason that are sponsoring right now it's not just you know -- money out the window were proud to represent the army. As a team for me personally I'm proud to Wear their colors represent what is the army strong. That's why I'm proud people like it's struggle and literally they. -- -- 2% ops of tickets to you know veteran thing and an active members of the military just that spoke out that they darker prepare and give back so. You know it. You know if they wouldn't do that you know it -- the sponsorship wasn't there but no work harder present we're proud to do our thing. Helped. You know the the wounded lawyers and all the people out there and make a difference where -- I'm I'm probably -- on the -- All right how about driving in the Indy 500 that ever intrigue you. It's bad fielding your roster like they didn't succeed I would love to do it but it was the literary and has now Owens volatile years. Mister -- are struggling beautiful feel for the 500 so they had to me that they're the spectacle of is diminished in that sport are -- that that form of auto racing. I -- I'm just I'm like I could smoke smoke which is an old school like you know or great cars in the way it used to be or so that the way it is. Appreciate taken time that's the lock in at Coca-Cola 600 have a safe ride. It's.
