Dave van -- from the Tribune are right. Yeah I think we just have your good friend a tournament and your good friend well we're all good friends if you OK I start to a good enough. -- real now now that. Front nine. Robert good friends I so let's talk about this. It was a surprise of its numbers on the DL did -- just speak with the media and if he did what he said. Yeah right he did and if it doesn't appear to be serious it's been for me for some time he's kind of -- on a long. And they just don't wanna take a chance it gets any worse. You had trouble throwing a slider so in my eyes or shut him down for fifteen days at least we'll see we'll kind of see how it goes. Apparently we'll not stop him from throwing at least after few days so. That's where we're at right now Dillon natural rivals start tomorrow in his place at Saturday. Tomorrow so. Axelrod we'll start at least once probably twice. Maybe three times having -- elected -- DL. Manny it's Brian Hamilton. Are you guys friends. I think we're friends I can't confirm that Allianz and it is our friends our -- If it's injury isn't serious I hardly see -- from the city. In this field and have to go out and try and find some pitching help. For the home stretch here given that there are some problems in the back end even without Philip Humber on the DL or is Kenny and have to pass the basket around so you have to sell like at Sunday mass or something how's that gonna work. That's a good question right I don't know -- you know known Kenny Williams. For a long time. My guess is he's gonna try to do something before trading deadline. But you know and then have to be -- big money starter could be somebody. That he gives up a prospect or. You know like Dempster the Cubs street talk about eating a lot of his contract so I get better prospects back. So maybe and had a deal like better -- evening he gets a Dempster. Who knows that. I think they'll try to fill this way for awhile and then. Probably still try to get some -- it trading deadline just going to anyway and I can't believe he's gonna leave it like this. Then you zero -- -- to see what the odds speculative question -- let's say. Let's say the White Sox kind of level off here and and -- and of women's division is this season. Considered a failure given that they had this early success and and created these expectations of possibly win the division. Watch it right. I don't think so just because the expectations are so low coming in. Aaron Meretz aren't shown caps as I make -- -- when I suppose they could win 8788 games. I mean they'd be that good if everything went right and -- and Rios -- we've been through the whole litany of things. Everybody came through that it is not a bad team. So is the failure. No I don't think so depending on how they wind up. It depends how many games they win who wins that division all that type of stuff but I. I say right now is this season even though -- second place is not a failure by any means I think. Idea of the year we'll have a real good handle what Robin Ventura is. How well he's managed to the year. And you know we talked about this beginning to really cost them games because he hasn't managed so far I don't think he really hasn't been a couple of days may be questionable but. To get back to your question I don't think they're looking at disappointment. Now they could still finish fifteen games out and it's a disappointment yes. That they that they hang around. When 85 many games finished five or six games out now not in this. Hey Dave it's Jason got to give you with -- thought of all what the White Sox have gone a -- are right now but when you look at this team is it just that the starting pitching we've had injuries and after peavy and sailing cantata just haven't been that good. Or is there more here while the White Sox have really struggled last three weeks. That's a little combination of everything you know every team goes through. Playing her way around enough playing so well and White Sox has been their MO for decency a championship team. He went Ozzie Guillen was here they went through stretches of two really good weeks almost unbeatable look like the best team in the world in two weeks of real mediocre stuff. And that looked like it changed at all I think it's just I think they're going through at the big difference to me has been hitting. You know when -- when they went through that real win streak there they won what ten in a row whatever was and ten out of twelve. Everybody was that whole line I mean they were crushing the ball and they were scoring 78 runs a game and now they're back down look at the Cubs did do for a couple of days. So I I think -- hitting has been the difference the pitching hasn't been. All that bad despite the injuries that hasn't been terrible I think some things when you're hitting get highlighted pitching wise so. Again I think this old thing hearing now is just one of those cycle type things. Meanwhile Kosuke Fukudome designated for assignment here today that was a big surprise I know Jordan Danks has come up and played well and -- when the reasons or maybe the reason why they made the move but. There -- standing about other reasons behind the move on and were you surprised that it ended this way for Fukudome. Now I'm I'm not surprised that on our check your round a lot out here you know and and you kind of get the feeling that. The end was getting close I think if he had gone on the only and still would have been real close he just. He never been in here. Robin didn't use them when he Davis situations -- it's hard for it to succeed. Okay it just it was a bad pitch from beginning hit it I thought it was going to be a great signing and it just. It never fit and and Fukudome just never could get it going mis hit -- three point seven me. I'm nice streak and catch on anywhere right there may be some team they'll take another chance sign. That I don't know I actor that's why camp was off today maybe was -- morning or somebody. I -- -- I know he just -- a very zealots or heroines are doing wait for results. -- -- -- he's not going to be on against terrorism gets -- and see exactly he's always holy hell have to strike it's a Rizzo strike until his call up you'll not do this you know.
