Our CSN White Sox insider Dan Hayes joins us in. -- for White Sox players there AJ Pierzynski not there probably should be there. But what do you expect to see out of the White Sox in tomorrow night's Midsummer Classic obviously Chris Sale we'll get some of the focus getting an inning as pitcher. Yeah absolutely I think you can expect to see both Chris Sale probably Jake Peavy to both of -- -- our recipe here. That's. Good thing for Ron Washington have guys like that that help were stuff that. Take on obviously loaded lineup so. And I would expect to see all four guys get some playing time Paul -- obviously. Zach had a great seasons and 339 and -- and done something. Top top couple guys with home runs so I mean I wouldn't be surprised to see all -- in there and play significant roles obviously none are starting attention keep them from playing. Again stave off you know I think Jake Peavy is one of the more remarkable stories on -- all star team two years ago he was. Undergoing pretty much pioneering surgery and reattaching -- that this mentor side and everything in and he's changed the way that he pitched the change his approach and you have a good perspective on -- from see him back in San Diego us wonder what you thought about how he had changed there may be. Maybe it maybe hasn't as much as I think he has -- just what your perception has been. I'm Jake Peavy coming aboard here during the season. We'll definitely sad to kind of retrain himself. They quickly you know that things I think you look forward Jake in my life and obviously the fastballs -- be able -- down from back in 2007 when -- sign him but. Mean just you look for the guy because he's a Max effort guy. You know that every time out there is -- uses obviously is a smaller body but he uses everything to get through every outing I mean the guy. The guy just puts all out there and others are a lot of cliches but I mean it's hard to describe him any other way you look at. How how much emotion he wears when he's out there I think some of those. Other telltale signs of what is going Jeremy he's. Obviously become a much better pitcher than -- that he was a couple of years ago but it's all combine in two a great season and in a great comeback that's really helped. You know that's the White Sox where they are. He did Jordan River field here when you look at the way Chris Sale is pitched obviously is really kind of burst onto the scene with the season it. He's had what and other players. Set about sale of the type of season that he's had an. How do you think he kind of fits among the pantheon of elite pitchers in the American League right now. Well you know he's still got that little bit of unknowns dome but you talked to hitters than and they don't -- face them so obviously he's. He's rising up the the ranks there. B I talked Justin I'm sorry Joe Mauer it and he said he wished he wasn't in the same division which you could see less of them. Ian Kinsler compared him to. Randy Johnson. And then actually talked to Paul and there are a little about him and he said that guys that get to first -- say is the best left handed slider and in the majors so I think that. Chris Sale even though it's sort of relative unknown or or began the season is relative unknowns this put him make himself known. It before we let you go dale looking at the rotation going forward. They're gonna give extra rest this sale extra rest and peavy keep not a -- -- the initial start on Friday as the long road trip begins. What's your take on the rotation going forward where does John Danks bit Philip Humber when they come back. Well you know you got you need those guys no matter what I mean that's a thing -- -- today. Jake Peavy who has obviously had the problems he's got the last couple years. When taught as a rookie. Chris sales getting has already surpasses his career high for innings professional innings you're gonna need arms I think that. Humber when he gets healthy it's not like he's very close. Is gonna fit in right away just because they need those bodies I mean there's there's a long way to go give hot summer head still and and obviously. -- he's got that you get a big contract here and expect him. Played -- -- your future and I think if they can get back healthy they're gonna need everybody on on board.
