Welcome back Bears defensive end Corey Wootton is starting to come into his own this year for the Bears. But before making his mark in the NFL Corey attended Don Bosco prep high school in New Jersey where he excelled as a four -- member of the varsity football team. The iron men have won fourteen new Jersey state football championships. And are annually one of beat top high school teams in the state. I didn't come from some of whom do we don't mess with our football program done in the past. Wooten played tight end and defensive end for the iron men and all they all county and already the election. Wooten caught eight passes for 150 yards and had 62 tackles five sacks and one defensive touchdowns his senior season. Helping to lead his -- team to a state championship he signed with northwestern in 2000 -- A must win game for the green every week once -- sound Tigers play host to number -- Glenn fired -- First quarter no -- Panthers driving Brian Murton gonna keep -- he'd take it all in for the score at seven nothing like -- north. Still the first tiger is trying to answer Brian Graham on the QB -- hits and ninety something yards he's brought -- just shy of the goal line. Two plays later the handoff to Isiah campus and he pounds that game was tied up at seven. Time winding down in the first Murphy find the big blow up the -- and take off you run into one of his own diet without an off. Yeah see. Breaks another tackle and finally take the Panthers on top fourteen that ensuing kickoff forty Davis -- some blockers burst through. He is off to the races and nobody's going to be able to pass and we'll all tied up at fourteen. When Bragg north goes kinda beat Wheaton warned those Celtics won seven to 21. The number sixteen undefeated Wheaton north picking on Naperville central the first quarter Wheaton north on the moon John pound target. Wide out -- golf he. The captain's pick up the first down. Later in the drive fountains go to their running game -- except now -- Now for hockey player both his way to the right side but for another week north first down then you -- rent them. Health goes back to the sure hands of the -- in his veins and directed his way into the end zone. You -- -- stayed undefeated but they dominate me from then you know 45. It's a battle for the top spot of the west suburban gold conference between lighting and willow broke first corner -- for the game. Like QB Michael Smith with the greens and your guard PS and Garcia -- gone Nolan didn't get him -- in for the sport seven nothing. Next possession. Smith thank you didn't do it himself. Any squeezes through the middle not to be taxed he would floor -- -- up fourteen nothing. Life it now pouring it time. Willow -- QB Brian Johnson's -- I'm here -- picked it up and he's gonna scamper into the end zone for the touchdown makes -- when he won nothing lighting. -- can't could be 42 nothing victory. As we go hosting Plainfield north the winner is not to take the lead in the southwest suburban very conference. I've read out. On the move near the goal line right on the -- Following his blockers into the end zone panther -- -- seven nothing lead. The Tigers -- Plainfield north answer her talent that won't happen the right in the Lexus one fly. -- materialism why don't been on the receiving end for the touchdown game tying it at that it. But the Panthers scored when he eight unanswered points in the field Huard spent eight -- have put up the middle. Bounce to the outside coming right out of our camera -- and I got to -- you walk out downing. In for the touchdown as we -- take control of first place in the conference winning the big 35 to seven. If you -- pick a surprise team this season in need of -- wildcats would more than qualify. The Naperville a school is in the midst of a very special season wildcats have used a punishing running game to go along with a sound defense to go six and now. And as -- snaps he reports are muscle -- team of the week has never been undefeated this late in the season. I've heard. -- What I like the most is that orbit trust me offensively defensively special teams of all three phases of the game have played very very well this year and I think because of our balance it gives teams. It makes makes the heart and other teams to focus on just one thing when they're prepared to play us. While Mikell Bally has had some good teams of the past being undefeated is something brand new to them and what -- twelve. It's something he was their number four best six you know right now. Com but you know that's at least acting on him he's got to come and compete every week. And you know hopefully get a win every week so although he's never done it before it is definitely something that we expect to go on and we're having we're -- now. It's definitely very excited making history every week on here have the chance make history certainly beating both they're both -- and then -- every week that we go another win or certainly new best record Nicklaus though certainly very exciting we -- Throughout the season want to make history so. What when that's when you're goal is obviously gonna do things and the number four. And I think that's what our team striving to do. In the past the wildcats that had a reputation of not being able to finish dropping in the standings late in the season. However this year's squad is looking to erase that perception. That's been kind of the stereotype for us in the past but you know our objectives. This season is gonna prove that wrong and you know to come out so we're different we're a different team and you know we just have the winner's mentality right now he's got to keep that going. Finish the job. Oh sure it's on the backs they finish and that's been our minds that every threat for the summer in the way -- feel whatever your offensive finished practice this drill teams that are -- this. Marks the biggest game of the fourteen year rivalry between equal valley and will Watson valley. Both teams come in undefeated. At tonight's contest matches former teammates -- the Naperville youth football league against each other. Obviously there's a lot of familiarity between us you know I grew up playing with a lot of their guys have a lot of respect for them. On and it's easy caught up in all the atmosphere like the crowd and everything but you know at the end of the day our justice to the same every week -- us to come out and get a victory regardless who planned so -- You know this is -- -- -- -- out on Friday. I think the fact that it's our friends -- -- bragging rights still. And you -- win games what you you -- wanna win the games that you see people on the weekend and you see those kids just because they're friends. -- settling in and every year the last four years you know we've been circled on the calendar and looking forward to. Who claimed these guys for four years and a lot of guys and play with them in the middle school and you know -- school so. There's definitely a little something extra but like I said it's just one more game on the road the final game march asking Comcast sports net. They. See if that -- they get that out eight. You've had more -- -- college where there may happen with eleven -- while -- now back of the defense. Leon in this one. -- Our quarterback went wrong and fired it left -- but he was and -- happen to intercept it. With a lot behind the defense woods answering as well forcing the quarterback and am very down on me and we want the ride it. Warren neck bringing it like we -- And that's what I'm night and powered his way into the end. Now would hang on and it went 3534. Double teams they are now and.
