But I look at some of the coordinators that are out there Mike McCoy in Denver who is adapted. To Kyle Orton. The Tim Tebow the Peyton Manning side Dennis and done in Texas Rick Dennison and denied that the Houston Texans he has been successful Kyle Shanahan. In Houston now with his dad and -- other than. Jay gruden at Cincinnati. Pete Carmichael at New Orleans. There's some really good offensive minds out there. See here you go get. On this. Where do you do they have the personality the leadership you know let. If you go in the right Phil Emery was saying then gruden fits that thing to a -- That that would also be a safe choice. -- that then you're going with a guy I love the wildly popular. I mean you know you can't lose with him for three years no matter what happens if you go -- -- the saved us just same accord or grooms Brothers something you bring him in and the worst next year and they were this year. All hell break chances are they're going to be worse than they were this year. Yeah I mean I think they won ten games now. He got an older defense. There's going to be a lot of -- at Hunter Hillenmeyer on things and the Bears will not come close to ten wins next year. That's his opinion. When you make a big transition we have a new coach in there when you avenue for when you have new coaching staff and new personnel I think you can certainly you have to expect us on yeah you're used actual growing pains -- look easy but I think. -- ever wants gruden because he certainly did he grow a moustache he could be younger Ditka I mean it's just. Crazy raving lunatic on the sideline fans wanna see that they they love that they're all about it. I actually thought from -- Murray's comments today. That Mike McCoy a kind of fits what he was talking about when he was saying that he wants an adaptable coach a guy that. Can look at our personnel and work with our roster with obvious changes that could happen to me the way I interpreted that was. -- might -- life. That's all that Jon -- Arizona -- gruden walked did have one with Tony Dungy he's got Johnny ran Tampa two he adapted to Brad Johnson. They ran a lot of the stuff that Lovie rant here maybe three types of hires there's three types you make a splash hire you hire someone that fits. Either or or a -- -- complete wildcard. So if they hired Brian Kelly from Notre Dame OK what about Mike Holmgren. -- came out today it's that he wants the coach that's his last name W a great hire for the Bears. Now if you can't get that splashed in Europe to go find someone that fits we talked about all the corners before or. You roll the dice and can't say look let's take that look look let's see I think they hired John gruden I will guarantee. That him and Cutler it's gonna be an absolute nightmare in color his one year recruiting and then he's got us call. Let me ask you this if -- general manager for a whole year of the Cubs or any place else. And you think you're gonna fire the coach you've got a pretty good idea don't you have don't your you know your -- I mean may have a list of two guys. It's down to especially if you're info buy your whole life you've been you know us personnel director and -- you know everybody in the leak. You've made phone call as you know people personally you know pretty much you're gonna hire those interviews those are formality here a lot of life. My my guess is he's already got an idea. We wants it could be that. Jeff and -- may be a better look at him but I think he already knows the system coaches like you know we're talking about McCoy that I agree -- Jordan. That would probably be the guy that. I think -- -- have a pretty good idea who you're gonna hire. Now we had Crist camp guard numbers guy today went through NFL coaches -- the last twenty years that had head coaching experience previously. 15136. Wins 15111 losses three guys that's a fifty point 4% winning percentage the last twenty years. Coaches that were -- would just college head coaching experience no NFL head coaching experience one at a 48%. Clip. And neither NFL or NCA head coaching experience they wanted to 49%. Clip through there pretty close there's not really a trend there. It just comes down to he's got to do for the right guy what comes down to how good your personnel. And that's we've seen that with coaches switching jobs. And they go from a good team to -- team is not so good and they are very good cultural right setup -- -- -- was fired where Saint Louis. You becomes a Chicago he's get Kane. Toews key that -- -- Stanley Cup. -- what I mean the Joseph Torre I mean he's a prime example of the current winning game managing the Braves as the Yankees and he's one of the great managers of all time. But I think to beat the other side that is in the NFL. Sometimes your system is good enough that you can win basically plugging guys in and here's why you haven't talked about in a bigger deal with the exception of the quarterback you have to have a quarterback spot. When you look at Bill Belichick okay. Tom Brady. But year and year out there are switching guys in and out of that lineup there bring in new guys in on defense and offense new receivers. New running back knew everything every -- and maybe the greatest coach of -- -- -- no kidding but but I think when you look did that type of system that he's put forth. He's established. Something where you can move guys interchangeably you can still succeed ideally in in. The NFL if you hire the right coach you can build a system where -- it's adaptable to whatever -- you bring it's I think it's different. In football than it is in other sports in other sports like Phil Jackson is always had the best players so they wind I think the -- you know in other sports -- Mets Mora other. Before you actually make a good point they may not be the system are set to make a well just make whether I'll be happy if and I forgot what I was gonna say it's as accurate that. Actually it's more than just a system that Belichick has its the whole mindset. This created around it I'm the boss. This is where we do things out -- say that. Everybody says Bobby Cox is a great manager. Bobby tax goes to Atlanta he gets Glavine smoltz chipper. All the rest those guys. He says this we're gonna do it. Young guy come in the clubhouse the first thing that veterans did smoltz and -- -- pitcher -- benefits pitcher and chipper. Getting guys aside and says we don't do that stuff here. You don't play music in the clubhouse and on time you do this that that the guy ever walked cross line. Well the players -- grab him that's not the way we do things here. And I think that's a Belichick -- 212 Belichick also lost. And -- forget you all you learn in one through losing in Cleveland.
