They have already been several names mentioned -- and that. Are gonna be interviewed by the Bears their head coaching vacancy so let's go through the list first -- when the name -- came up right away Mike Sullivan who's currently the offensive coordinator with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. You know it's -- distinctive personalities will be good we won't know those -- that we talked to those guys but sources told me he's a quiet guy which is an ex Marines or maybe that'll appeal with the of the military backing of Phil Emery. It's being given some credit for turning Josh Freeman back around but -- -- -- I you know I wanna look at the on field performance as quarterback who wasn't great down they lost five the last assembly and so. And that's you know it's not some credentials. Could work in one of the things I think that interest people about Sullivan in particular he came from the New York Giants and worked with -- Eli Manning. -- obviously put up some big numbers there so I think that's one of the things that attracts people to him just the fact that he's worked an offensive had a lot of success. And one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL -- -- -- I think what we broke we've but I think people like to see if you are working with a good guy. There's kind of this pixie dust phenomenon where he worked with those guys who maybe you learned what a good quarterback is supposed to look like. So earlier when he was the cause of the effect -- it governor obviously to have it right manner in your resume and Mike McCord the offense -- -- the Denver Broncos probably the hottest name out there right now a a lot of people saw what he did with Tim Tebow really changed at their entire offense made it work the -- the season got them in the playoffs this year he gets a guy like Peyton Manning in there. -- -- had a great year he's got a lot of people really like. That it's a recognizable name and or maybe he was a guy I don't know that made Tim Tebow put it while we can't preserve their credit -- -- but that the I think again -- -- -- and beyond nitpicking with with the negatives here but. The only thing about the Tim Tebow experience and again it's great to be adaptable with the the Broncos went to the playoffs at eight Nate. Number one they wouldn't have been there if Marion Barber doesn't have to brain cramps again -- again. And they were the number one rushing team not passing team with Tim Tebow so that he adapted to what he had. But then if you wanted to -- given some. Strokes for the you can work with Peyton Manning. You saw a lot of Peyton Manning has his own coordinators so I don't know how much of that is is his responsibility Mike McCord at a pretty good college quarterback university Utah another guy's a pretty good college quarterback people around here now. Tom Clements in his first year as often to Cornell Green Bay used previously. At the quarterback coach there he's a guy that the Bears were insisted Indian offensive coordinator. And now he looks like a possible head coaching candidate -- one of the interest in things with him composed the Bears and -- to talk to him once before in the Packers have no. Which is an endorsement demand we like this guy so it wasn't if they say -- you have taken the other and you might have to go -- we suspect. But again I think the -- that varies -- your brother being the most responsible for someone like Aaron Rodgers. This is Mike McCarthy took the hard part -- who calls plays who really was coordinating on offense but. Obviously a nice resonate with -- Rodgers yeah a lot of -- the corners which is kind of what we anticipate another guy that has surfaced is by the Saints offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael. Everyone -- with the Saints -- -- Drew Brees in that offense so I think automatically when you see that innovation comes on that offense people are gonna look to a guy. Like Pete Carmichael now we're assuming Pete Carmichael becomes he does bring Drew Brees with the right that would be -- Sylvia that -- by Rosenberg. You know the wanna get a jump on something of a problem. When Sean Payton was suspended yet it wasn't Pete Carmichael than -- the interim head coach so again not that definitely be an indictment of him. But he wasn't the guy that's the way they turn to answer -- -- -- -- in the latest name that came out today Bruce -- of course everyone knows what he's done well with Andrew Luck thrown for over 4000 yards you as a interim head coach. For chuck forgot -- while he was out so he's a guy that is also very gotten a lot of teams are gonna talk to now the Bears have him. On their list as well you've either on the head there can -- -- -- He was a guy who was the head coach when chuck regatta was being treated for leukemia and they went nine and three. So you know he -- the he has some head coaching experience which puts him ahead of the other guys even if it was this kind of -- situation. But I look at his background and what I like about it he's worked with defense of coaches like that like -- if -- -- and and Mike Tomlin of Pittsburgh so if he's working with that Ben Roethlisberger Andrew Luck he work with with Peyton Manning a little bit too. This is a guy who really I think in some with the crap that was the hardest guys I think to get to judge in terms of head coaching candidates are the special teams guy -- heard several names cannot. A Keith Armstrong I was in Atlanta he was here with the Bears -- Camilla sees it the Cowboys. How do you look at those guys decided their head coaching candidates got the hard part is that this is Dave told the -- special teams coordinator who I'm surprised hasn't gotten a little more -- the middle there. I always said you know one thing about a special teams coach is just to work with everybody yet so he's working with linebackers -- were with running backs in terms of putting together a unit. So we Houston putting together different faces so special teams coach. If somebody who's -- by definition almost a good coordinator good organizer. And plus in Chicago which should play well because Mike Ditka came from the -- to side of things. And as did John Harbaugh did at the Baltimore Ravens so it's not something that hasn't been done before certainly a lot of names are gonna continue to come up. Over the next week -- Phil Emery said Davies will go. Into next week's event will keep us busy that that for now he's moon Mullin I'm triplets.
