Any surprises to you in this final threat. Well I think -- men involved some a little bit of outside the box thinking to have him involved in the process but when. Jimmy Jackson came out last week -- said. This is his former assistant freshman was going to be getting the -- job. You figured maybe that was rooted did that information is routed somewhere. Whether or not he gets the job that remains to be seen. Still go through the process. So those guys have been in town some are still in town and I would not be surprised if the Bears to name a new head coach shows sometime tomorrow. Trust men reportedly. Eight hour interview in the second injury yesterday. Babel was in town early to talk to our Phil Emery and that we here late this afternoon that looks like Bruce area it's also spoke. All with the Bears on this day so they could happen by tomorrow do you really think the length of the -- no pitcher with trust and I I don't. It because we don't know the lengths of the interviews for the other guys we don't know the ground. As that Phil Emery and the McCaskey is in Ted Phillips feel that they have to cover. With each individual candidate what issues do you want to. -- laid out for how do you want things described in and so. I did the lengths of the interviews I know people kind of get caught up in that you know for some of these earlier interviews these guys -- on time constraints. They had some of these guys -- McCoy when the better for tiger won't have another interview that day and had to be -- certain. Up period so you know I don't think the stopwatch means so too much in the process. What's your take on the search for a well. The residents of all these gentlemen her excellent in terms of what to Bears -- to be looking for. And so as an offensive mind who we don't know hours and all the all the variables in terms of how the interview went. A lot of times connections in sports and him and this is as well. Are about who you know things in common knowledge you know this -- -- this guys is this about you and I and I trust this guy so there's there's a circle overall. Don't trust that you walk -- and that's something we don't know because we don't know farmer that that well as far as what he's looking for and who really respects what. Is it whom. Who were you bringing with you because that's not it's not only what does vision. Are you selling in terms of this is what I see for the Chicago Bears offense and this is what is he with a defense but hey here's a list of guys who then I'm gonna bring with me. And this guy's going to be my defense coordinator. And I believe it's W office coordinator so those are issues that that are key that are significant because. I head coach is only as good. As the collection of assistants that he has working with them it's who -- brings or who we keeps from Lovie staff and indications -- -- I don't know if this is a 100% but indications I get -- that. -- and trust men are at least open the idea of keeping -- and -- I don't I'm not saying that aryan is not open to that idea. But but I don't know and I think there's pros and cons to keeping -- and -- made you know some people thought well what would be the negative well. It to me. Sometimes when you get rid of head coach you. Just clean how -- can do it all element you enjoy that for a reason. You talk about continuity and defense listen it's an eighteen defense at some point. There's gonna need to be what what an aging defense Brad that that has to stick with a 63 next year personnel wise question they can't all no question and have to pretty much. Keep a similar style that they play around. Not necessarily your -- I mean it's more blitzing or. See that's that's a trap I hate when people talk about change -- coordinators. Since -- -- stated what he's gonna puts more is there pressure more they say that about every defense -- right -- that's not necessarily always. The solution I don't you know what it's what -- coaches vision is going to be. But certainly -- -- pass bully mentality in some of maybe a couple of the defensive assistants could stay.
