Fresh off a very -- West Coast road trip home for twenty below wind chills tonight CSN Chicago that -- Tracey Myers. Okay I think if you just said to -- privately. You're gonna walk away from the West Coast with two or three points he said sign me up. Yeah four point -- or point out it was a big weekend I mean this was going to be the first real big test defending Stanley Cup champions a team that knocked him out of the playoffs and I you know it was a thing of what they took advantage of that's I think was the difference in the Blackhawks DC's first two games as opposed to last year he came out flat. There's no doubt that an out that was a cup euphoria banners or whatever but it came out flat. And is -- 82 cents in turnover problems in their first couple games but the Blackhawks have been opted opportunistic. You know and that was one of the things that was missing it last year. And so that was so -- off right off the bat. I thought their ability to control the puck offensively looked reminiscent of Tony -- and I know so it's about that that making everybody exciting but. What have you thought about the way that their offense has looked the first two games not just the goals with their way to their ability to possess the puck in their zone. Yeah at all these guys look look comfortable. With each other -- never heard about the familiarity here. Couple days ago just as far as I mean is basically the same team that they had last year. With with very few exceptions and you know they know what they get in for me and you shot. And Brandon slowly again and everybody else to Stew stepped back in the exceptions IN -- children but bank and Mikhail. Just jump in just fine with -- to let. -- they're seems media call us. Out there with with the pairings with the lines everybody just seems very smooth and very comfortable there's not any of this. And I thought my god man you're coming off a concussion and a bad one. And and first of all led the lockout was awful and I think we can all agree on that but if it benefited anybody. It's certainly benefited this guy to have that extra four months and he conceded training. He put in to get ready for this and looks fantastic he looks really pre concussion married now. Slowly I think one of my favorite parts of the game last night was the fight with a bully game didn't. Business yeah it is now I did it take about a half hour to get go they -- sacks -- each other out and then I like that I like to see that it seemed like. He's going to be like and enforcer type. -- Brandon and that that's been his role these young kids and and that was his role in Rockford to win and when the Blackhawks brought him up toward the end of last season. He could see that was going to be element that that he brought number element that was missing two seasons ago once the Blackhawks -- that cup team made -- to have that grit. You know once in -- guys like mayors and and bully coming up last year and Daniel Carcillo they got that back but. I think -- was also the first got to go after tourists. Last year after he hit -- so yeah I could stand up guy big kid and definitely brings a presence. Or let's talk about the power play it looks a lot better. And then the speed of the team looks like 2010 pitches. While they fly out both you talked about that last night and Andy during a lockout that threat was is -- Johnny's. First three Hayes a weekend and so -- -- these players and whether they were on their own whether they were with Chicago wolves is skating coach -- -- They're working. And and she said that last night as far as it was it's one thing for the guys like Cain Michael -- can tackle the guys who played overseas to be in game shape we all expected that. But he was really impressed with the guys who stayed over here. And the fact that they just jump right -- ice conditioning scrape their strength is great it's almost like in the plane the entire time he was really impressed with that. Can you give us. Why would they play Ray Emery last night we get three games in four days and yet play on the road again on Thursday played get over the weekend. And if he's good apply quite easy he's gonna play I aimed.
