If Tom Thibodeau was coach of the year couple years ago Chris I would I would have to think he's. Really among the front runners on with PGA pros look -- -- -- -- in the running 25 and six in -- pace for fifty wins at this point this season is pretty remarkable but again as I've said -- before on this show. It goes to show you what the defense and effort can do for you in the regular season but you can get out of a team that plays consistent tough defense night in and night out. You're going to be in every game you're gonna have off nights like they had -- off late last night. But we managed to come back and you definitely know what spectacular. But one thing that Kenny got lost in the shuffle with -- Robinson really played -- the lead that charge last night and he's provided a spark of energy off the bench that. I think this team. And sorely needed with the heroes -- city in its good they kept him around because he's. Invaluable. It was either a horrible player or a terrible play no I had no choice but to go after because it was going out of bounds. But the bad -- and if Detroit had it you know they would have position -- -- call timeout and set something up or run the other way in a fast break situation is so happened to to work their way. A mark there there were concerns you know early on and Tom Thibodeau is career here that there was going to be -- not that now that they eventually happen but at least a year number three. That doesn't seem very evident with the issues Bulls team but they had to buy and without there. -- absolutely you saw last night we played defense is Chris alluded to keep you in the game but I think. Another factor is -- -- to Jimmy Butler and I think which is huge because even if some guys to not that coach. The -- kind of bought into the system and see where he's been rewarded with some quality time. Somehow I impressive you've been with what they've been able to do. -- the last couple games without the -- thing with with Butler -- it and you know he has. Guys that make a big key here is that they don't usually tune out when they're winning and larger competitively you're winning you're probably going to be okay. Along stretch without rip Hamilton now without -- all -- none of it would Derrick Rose and you look at the team that was on the floor last night I understand that was Detroit. The -- if you know theoretically it's not a great passes seem it just speaks to the dude great job at the bit of those coaching and I've not seen that played probably fifteen times and I still don't know. I don't know what keeps that right foot off the -- thought about -- and he must've because you know they looked at it really closely it was just a fantastic place. Yeah and I don't look at a couple times to make sure that in -- the ball landed in bounds but the refs are right there. And luckily Belinelli was there was the best Dennis Rodman a joke you note did you check out the delist the Bulls current seventeen game winning streak against the Pistons. He's tied for the second longest streak. One team in franchise history the other one also it just so happens to be against the Detroit Pistons. Probably -- rivalries between Chicago and -- it's nice to have the upper hand so much in that one. So we'll know later on the top of the hour now we're expecting the NBA to announce the reserves for the all star. Coming up and about three weeks. In Houston. We know its second BD Rose this year but the front court candidates are the guys and you know Noah Boozer who's put a string of double doubles together although it's gone back to back without any. And we all day with an all star last year. Placed 123 in that owner who whose most deserve. That's that's tough I probably go with her pro -- go Boozer first I think Billy go I don't think so because the consistency. We've heroes out you need somebody to step up those kind of provide consistent scoring presence made an -- Boozer had his flashes. You know last year of inconsistency but I think overall he's been pretty consistent getting those double doubles and having that. To kind of rely on made -- -- I've been pretty valuable for them. Who would you go with -- was no you know I mean I understand your point of -- He still is he still was inconsistent that you know suggests the he downhill in the -- guys in the blocks and he's plays 94 feet every thirty seconds puzzle gets here about you know my fear because there is no requirement for a -- to be on the team and all three -- are gonna cancel each -- around and I hope I'm wrong about that -- there will have but I would go with no because of the the you know lack of great fives on the Eastern Conference then another splendid -- the three of four -- seems to be the best. It in the all star voting was mixed up a little bit this year because they just went front court necessarily buy one senator to forwards. I'd love to see joking knowing that they're just for the fact that -- you know he's comes to such a long way. You know seemed kind of immature coming out of Florida the draft night the -- -- -- And you know he's had his his times with -- head coaches here where he's been clashing a little bit. But I think you know when he came out when John Paxson made that pick there was concern about the maturity factor. But the fact that yeah and there have been some moments between. That draft night and now but I think he's really grown up he's really shown the passion that he has for this game and he's grown into a very strict system with with Tom Thibodeau as well. -- so we hasn't I mean just look at you look at plays like I mean as I said Boozer but really it's like one and 18 yeah I mean it's it's very hard to take and they could cancel each other out but -- And then there is no question this team will not be where they are without so Q no -- and that play last night just. -- is kind of a microcosm of what he can -- he brings energy he brings that hustle he brings that intensity to this team every night. And you guys I mean you your votes were -- know as well if you had a second pick it all is Carlos Boozer of the guy I mean. With what he's been able to learn to do so far this season when it was needed as Chris pointed out so it's all about timing and down the stretch he's stepped up huge. Huge and I am in no time is greater than now especially wood staying out.
