This is -- -- I just worry about Brian Urlacher. Rethink -- do we play next year. I think is going to be playing for the Chicago Bears because I mean lets be realistic about it even though the defense is changing Brian Urlacher means more to that organization that he does to any other team he's worth more to the Bears that he would be to any other team and I think with the Bears will do with him is what the Ravens did with Ray -- four years ago you let him go to the market and see what's out there -- more importantly what's not out there. And then after Brian Urlacher realizes there is a huge money from some other team then Brian Urlacher comes back to Chicago. Does it deal feels good about that deal doesn't feel like he's been low ball because he's had the chance to go out there. And see what other money is on the table or again not on the table. Hey Mike is Bob McClure. I haven't gotten your take you might given it already on March freshman you don't what was your initial thoughts when you heard that he was hired as Chicago Bears head coach. I really wasn't surprised because Jimmie Johnson to let the cat out of the bag a few days earlier and I can't help but wonder whether or not that week from Johnson. It was a trial balloon to see how fans and media would react to the possibility of mark transmit being hired the questions I would have. Are fairly simple I would wanna know why he was out of the NFL for eight years and I would wanna know. Why he never became a head coach during that period that he was regarded as kind of a hot coordinator because it never happened for him then. Why is it happening now and if I'm Phil Emery and and I'm assuming -- ever gotten bottom it is but that's the doughnut hole in this it just seems odd that a guy who hasn't been coaching in the NFL since 2004. All of a sudden returns as a head coach.
