Let's go out to British Columbia Tracey Myers are Blackhawks insider for CSN Chicago dot com. Tracy tomorrow night -- -- one -- will be in net. And he'll battle his favorite team to play against it seems the Chicago Blackhawks. What are you hearing in Vancouver because as of a week ago they were doing all they could to trade him. They had a provisional teams supposedly in placed. For a deal and how he throws up a three nothing shutout last night he's gonna play again tomorrow what's the deal up there. I think honestly depends on the week it. Yeah I mean last week it was the secret team who I think everybody thinks is Florida. And yeah he was on their way and said he wasn't in yet any pitches to shut up last night at -- talking to my fellow scribes about this and if you're a sports writer or Sports Radio off here you gotta love the storyline it's never ending. With the goalie situation up here but that now if I think it was a surprise even for the guys who cover this team. That Luongo played tire that's got the start in that last game and now he's got it phonetic and so yeah it's just unbelievable story line and I. It's just not sure what exactly going on the back -- now. And Tracy it's not a threat. What with the games really are stacking up here and back to backs and in the long road trip. This the depth on the team I guess this is going to be even more important what what's the status who've lost some of the injured guys like. Martin -- and her car still -- -- those guys. Well -- Unfortunately for -- or it doesn't sound very good there's been no change in his status and and that's too bad I mean obviously he's had. Concussion issues. A couple of times in his career -- had at least twice last season. And now again here. Through the falling and coming into this winter so. And virtually nothing there Carcillo still on the timeframe that they set up for him about a month from when he got hurt and Michael Rosenthal did skate yesterday. He didn't play in the game last night but he did -- and he's trying to closer returning. Chris if their -- I was up blown away by Dario last night I think maybe if what he did them in -- Blackhawks -- put a minor league team in Bangkok because he seems to be a different player and I -- is plus eight before the game of our -- What what what has been a big difference in him. Well -- might just be something as simple it's just -- a little more comfortable with these guys and he came in last year at the trade deadline. And looked great through the regular season and that could have the greatest playoff. Against Phoenix and then he got the deal here. I think part of it is is just okay he's back now. He knows he's got a little bit east team with that Nicklaus dollars in back there which doesn't -- be there with a fellow Swede but now he's been fantastic and last night with him troublesome and I think those markets curve on a five on three. Just fantastic I think a Beagle and he gave a fist pump at the end as it finished up but now he's been tremendous and he's really bolstered. That defense saying no Duncan Keith last year talked about how great of what's happened back there to bring some depth and he's continued to do that. Tracy gets ten. We all know that the Red Wings at the Blackhawks rival but other could not becoming maybe. The second rival for the black Costas seems like each and every year of these teams are playing games with. Although storyline that you're talking about. I think and I think it cannot. Because of these playoff series that these two have had I as far as the heat level as far as the -- level I think that you put it above. The Detroit Red Wings series and -- comparatively. The Blackhawks series with the Red Wings is almost kind of like Tea Party and I'm not talking about the political kind it's it's a much more. Placid it's just all hockey and obviously the knocks. I mean there's just been bad blood. Between these two teams and yet it's born out of all those playoff series and there's no doubt they're pretty neck and neck. At lot of coaches and players to tell you that some of the greatest rivalries are born. From the playoffs and there's no doubt this one of them. Pictures before we let you go what was the mood last night. Was it but we played great we just didn't quite get over the hump so we start new streak in Vancouver hopefully. Forward guys truly devastated that the six and all started by the boards. I think we're disappointed. I mean to have a start like that was fantastic and of course the way. And -- -- Jonathan -- answered after Minnesota got better and -- started thinking score with a 91 seconds of each other. At the -- say they felt really good and thought that okay we might do this seven Alan all but -- there is there wasn't a great. Big. Side of of depression and and down I always judge everything by the way Jonathan Toews reacts. And he was obviously disappointed that they didn't win but they realized one and Nicholas Baxter came in relief it was very very good. And it eventually this was going to happen they still a lot of point a point out of it. It still -- some things very well including that penalty kill and it's just one of those games it okay we we came this close -- get this time like. We're fine.
