So -- -- start to with Jay Cutler the Bears quarterback between the years to see -- what it takes to get to a game of this magnitude yes he does I think if you go back just two years ago when they played Green Bay Packers in the NFC championship game I mean. -- -- -- Really became a very disciplined quarterback I do and I think mark Pressman. And that's going to be the biggest key for the Chicago Bears in Chicago bear fans the relationship that mark and Jay can establish obviously with Mike -- you can see. You know -- just did one of that for some reason at times looked like it when Melissa. He's gonna have to I think mark has done such a great job with quarterbacks with Ron Amadon with Jake Plummer. With Anthony Khaled needle up in Canada. Who's become like the all time leader thrown the ball there and three great cups two championships he understands some Nomar -- them for twenty years. And it's great that Phil Emery has given him the opportunity and I applaud Phil for stepping outside the norm and saying. I'm just not good a look. In the US or the assistant coaches in the NFL or in the college ranks. A -- broaden my approach and see if there's somebody that I can bring in that I think can help us get where we need to get to. I think the -- job. Of all the eight that were available the -- job was the one that I think needs the least fix. They need to create the offensive line that is that is the priority problem you build an offensive line and the rest will come I'm telling you look at the Ravens. And look at the 49ers. Ivan go through this is what I study because I'm -- in the world feet I do the Super Bowl around the world that a 140 countries. I'm looking at the starts of the offensive lines. Now the Ravens have morphed a little bit because Brian -- back in. The move and Michael or to to the right guard right tackle position is great change their whole year -- and Bryant -- being inspired to get he was that he was on special teams for most of the year. He had to earn the right to go back yet that's what John Harbaugh is all about who earned the right you look at the 49ers three number ones of the five guys up front. But not busts like Chicago's dad you know that you've got guys can flat play so to me I think you start with them. And and you build the offensive line and that you have an offense where you don't have one receiver -- catches a 119. And the next guy catches 29. If it that is an imbalance I don't know what it is. We've been having that conversation all year long about Brandon Marshall and to be able threw it out there and and I I gotta tell you I don't see that as the problem for what their offense had this year. Because Marshall was incredibly productive and they were very few other people for -- trusted but you see it as a problem when one guy has that number of target house and nobody else. And Johnson -- it's great that the individual almost sets the assets are receiving record it's great that he does that but what was the record. Think the game is not individual accomplishments the game's about getting here. The game's about what that championship -- -- world championship ring point your finger. And the way you do that is to create problems for people to figure out who to start giving example let's take this game. The Baltimore Ravens college -- problems stop. Francoeur problems stop Bernie and gave us problems stop go to the other side Joseph Flacco is hot problems stop Torrey Smith problems stop. Did the tight -- he'll be a big Ray Rice so. We're not talk about one person one person doesn't get you -- go back to the 49ers great years it was Jerry Rice Joseph Montana. Thus. Tom -- of Roger Craig. You know I can bring so many weapons of -- a Ronnie Lott Eric -- I can run names down litany of names I don't mean one player. So I I think to meet the Bears have I think their secondary is release out. I really do I think their linebacker O'Brien comes back healthy upfront defensively did you keep an appreciative. But the offensive line needs -- -- -- -- -- You know -- gonna be back another year removed from the injuries Forte to you to get you know a better stronger I mean your your football team has a chance I think. To be very competitive in a division. That is very competitive -- what you said about Cutler not listening he's in the league for seven years I know what would you sure reason to believe he's gonna flip the switch. -- listen to somebody because he did the year before it's not like I said you look back to look back to 2000 and eleven. When they were in the NFC championship game when he hurt his -- And tried you know he be cool Jays. -- has a personality that sometimes I think people look at just rubs you raw meat you know it's like. The guy doesn't. He doesn't take blame me deflects it and all -- it's his personality who he has accepted for what he has I'll look at Adam as a football player. I'm saying that that football player if he wants to. Can make a world the difference and he can play in this game. I don't think I wants to see New York next year. But anyway I thought OK it and that's going to be a challenge yet but I I think that I think he's there I think this year is a very critical year for him. I think there are quarterbacks in this league. That this year becomes very critical for that shot down in Houston. I think he has to get over just like Joseph Flacco had to get over just like Matt Bryant had to get that play -- win. So there are things that you go to a -- quarterback position you need to get through. So I know it's there now can market his staff put the pieces together around him. And get him to be something.
