No it's really hard to put in words experiences -- backer on the guys. Just to be back on the ice even before I got back on this the guys. It's just a real blessing and I just felt gratitude that -- -- that brought me as far as. Not just every -- just for a new day and a lot of enjoyment of being -- the guys -- bottom of the World Series. You know -- the price tickets and timing and feel myself get better -- Just from -- a useful lot of reps in there where you you you lose. Yeah actually it wasn't. Quite a little while or you don't know if I ever play again. Just given the nature of the things that I was going through. Except that's Weis uses a blessing and felt gratitude and to be in this position so -- a second chances. Not destroy some of -- is how much it would have missed it and I'm not awfully accurate. But you know I'm just happier moments. It enters its rules when you really. Like this loss. There came a time and I just spent. I just put my focus on getting myself back to get myself back. And it sort of one day at a time when experience at a time. Hockey was always in the back of my mind. Some injuries -- -- and some don't and so. I just put it -- day at a time and I thought you know when it's just exert all resources. People like to talk to. You know there were you -- wacky. You know and I just. I just didn't -- live with any regrets and maybe experiencing some -- -- something. Animosities and saw everybody in and maybe some people -- seen a couple too but. I'm sure but. I just wonder it to try and do the right thing to say that anointed the best that I could and I can look back at. You know with with those words and and I feel that's the case and I feel like recoveries. Come along. Slowly but certainly in appropriately in. You know it's taken time and spent general -- -- that's what it's sort where there's some ups and downs and as you thought you might be that time this season assortment of the went on. It was just -- a decline. No it's been a roller coaster. You know for about a year ago we're here really. That's where our recruits are those cars recently in the ups and downs and artists and different issues. I'm not relating my -- to -- owners as I don't know exactly what he's going through. -- anybody with injuries has ups and downs. Just with a victory day in and I felt attitude so it was really up and down and that's where you know some depression and you know it's one thing to to to not play the game and what's important role to play and that's -- except where -- morning while. You know you wanna go with change you've exhausted you've done the best he can. As far as recovery from an injury on -- and as well and I felt that if I do everything that I couldn't and I was able to come back and I can live with that you. An and I still -- -- process right now. But lately it's been all about. Since basically just have to -- season things -- solution for the rest of you know get skewed our amateur days. Almost half. Does -- Johnson but you know so I'm just beat him.
