It felt good things come to an end unfortunately that we've got to record setting streak ended. -- played four games of the Blackhawks won a mile high were swept away by the Seattle at sixteen respectful toward goal. Colorado secondary -- Corey Crawford -- chase. Not lots -- industry going -- two game losing streak. Last night vehicle before spot the first of salt Ray Emery told the team who rallied but fell just short. Is it 65 at twelve goals allowed two games during an eleven game win streak eighteen hole total. So late in a slightly older and we're just exhaust. Get rid of the goalies and a -- -- I thought remember how we are raving about both Emory Crawford -- how cool was to have two great goalies I think. Two things are happening here one. Luck is catching up with them they weren't gonna win 48 games or not lose in regulation 48 games. Other teams I think -- fired up third to beat them you could tell the crowd was really excited. Two games I think you're exhausted and I think that's also part of it. And you know I think very quickly you can start to doubt yourselves. For the exact same things you thought you had going for you all think you know we have with -- matter which. Goaltender we have and there we can combat for many things we can tie the game we can win a million different ways. Then -- Rick was there if you saw that he thought OK we got an annihilation for nothing and all of sudden. He's worried about his column because the Blackhawks fifth start fighting that good sign. Mean you wanted to have it done -- have to have target appeared just go -- well I think there's a little softer with president. You know I think that we we really underestimated. The the mental. The weight. I'm I'm I'm I'm their heads here I mean this this streak with a bit of weight on them I I thought what he's these guys are having so much fun. But I think these last two games you you see a team that just is completely had to walk out of gas. It emotionally and physically I really do believe that and the fact that they did come back. Last night I thought that was pretty cool I thought the easiest thing in the world would have been that to fall part. I think that exhaustion does play a role in it because they did play seven games eleven nights that is very difficult stretch but. After remember everyone in the league is doing the same thing everyone's going to compressed schedule about the last two games by the Colorado game to me was. Just there -- was let out of the blue. He figured that when they eventually losing game. They're gonna get torched and they got torched part of the game last night -- looked similar to the problems they've had in years past. Where did not play well defensively they're goaltending was very shaky. And even though they were able to score offensively they could get out of their own way and we saw them have games like this. In the last two years now I think certainly the Blackhawks have proven over the first half of the season that. There are one of the best teams in the league if not certainly the best team in the league. But you wonder if after this incredible straight. If there is gonna be some regression towards what. They were supposed to because you're -- before this streak started the beginning of the season. We were talking about -- this is maybe a make or break year for this Blackhawks franchise. They've been knocked out of the playoffs two years in a row where they gonna go from here seems like for good reason we off forgot about that because of the way that they play. Then those like when he four games Nocioni didn't they show you that that they're not that team -- yeah I did I agree I don't see what you see from last year last night I think there is beat their -- but I think that you did that the way they played it. Okay you had a lot of one goal wins you wonder if some -- that's gonna start to -- I'm not saying that they're not an. -- although it did you normal to regress to the mean isn't -- one member of the laws of something of the world. And they're not gonna go -- -- -- -- that I think really that is correct what you think you're very let's. Are signed through security job. But this is such an odd year because of the lockout so that's 48 games be compressed. You should be ill have a goaltender was you know more goaltender he could pretty much play every game temperature -- had these things and you have to play -- and you've got to because you can't display. Crawford night after night after night. And nobody ever thought Emery was anything but -- back -- -- he was tremendous during the streak the Blackhawks I think being a veteran team came in focused. Better than any other team in went on the street but I think now. You look at like the record of the ducks look pretty darn good records -- yards behind the Hawks -- up six points but I knocked without two games in hand right. So -- that it's theoretically the -- usually the Blackhawks could end up not with the best record in hockey even at that point four game streak but these -- -- hurt you -- -- you guys are really bummed me out here I mean this is really for the OK I don't understand you don't these two were negative by nature well so my game but that that's what surprises me here that I feel want to. -- pointing out how little I had my way up here two losses other than that they were tired. I don't think that you can completely dismiss it by saying that they were tired because everyone is tired I -- but but but what what if you have what I was saying earlier the pressure I won their last night after Thursday that you're a national story everybody was watching last night -- -- -- LeBron talking about them. Well we're we're. Talking about everything so much because we got so thrilled by the street you don't play in in Denver -- the first game they lost down the street. You forget that mile high you know and may not be a big deal and everything told the through the end of the third period and all should forget your smile hi it's called the mile high city I think I have no one forgets that -- mile high. I don't want to let alone I don't wanna be contreras here but does that but I think it's well known as a mile high okay. But go up -- sometimes start running stuff all I know you know you live there and I went there last summer went for a run -- both gonna collapse right -- -- if it's real it's real so give -- that -- this Edmonton one was. But -- was fired up where she not then that's good to see one guy just jacked up trying to get the team going what was interest thing about last night though so I'm very. He's getting -- gives up three goals in a nine shots right. He he doesn't get the loss Crawford gets a loss we still ten -- ten. And ten and don't have a good game that Emery came in with -- Crawford got injured in the first period Crawford got the win for him and I don't. You know like everybody else don't know that much about hockey. Why did Crawford gets the loss well I think it's the same thing it's like a relief pitcher coming right -- to get a chance to win the game I mean he comes in the room they're down three nothing if we're down forty and three nothing. And they end up losing six Philly scored and we all that's Auburn in order enough goals to win that game for its with unbelievable.
