Out west the Denver Nuggets extended their winning streak to twelve with that controversial win over the Bulls Monday night. The Nuggets climbing the ladder of the conference standings despite the fact they didn't have a single all star. We got good guys who. Very humbled to have because -- just. And they'll come out so we are superstar we get a book so it's. Today about what we had to worry about just -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Anybody can go leprosy or we do what they do mobile scored. -- The other stuff that'd be set for quality depth -- the Nuggets scoring an impressive 110. Points a game shooting 51%. From the field during their winning streak. The score the most points in the paint -- any team in the league by a wide margin. Had to show us one of the way through will accomplish that we send it over to camp. -- -- There's a perception that the Nuggets are just the fast break team. But in fact the game will show you -- that's just not the case let's look at one of the things the Denver Nuggets did well against the Bulls last night. Play number one Andre Miller. Bet Nate Robinson -- called -- the commits the cardinal thin and leave his man wide open development -- underneath the basket. Easy shot but -- JaVale McGee and two point play number two Andre Miller once again. Backs Nate Robinson doubt. Wilson channel with a cut the Bulls let -- -- Friday on defense. Wilson Chandler with the easy two points the Nuggets are third in the league in assist. And even when the game slows down in the playoffs Denver can still be very deadly on offense. By -- great stuff Tom Thibodeau not -- -- is do you allow 119. Points. -- for Nuggets coach George Carlin he's changed his approach to the game after a long battle with cancer. Carl is in his temperamental on the sideline anymore he's more willing to accept some of the failings of his players. Had a chance to talk with Nuggets beat writer Benjamin Hochman about the brand new George Karl. Now that's contributed to Denver's success. He's much calmer. On the Bulls fans probably remember him from the final series back in the ninety's and back in the call them furious Georgia and he would storm on the sidelines and scream at the beat writers and and -- or not but he's a more. Homer cerebral guy I mean he still gets that it nearly all of the guys if need be he's got a few months and I think beating cancer and putting life in perspective has has made that happen in the Nuggets are succeeding because of this mindset.
