Avid pool with -- Glenn bird Glenn brook north. Every new Trier Bob Melvin. I talked you guys yesterday about this start would you how excited are you bring your kids for the opportunity to win that well and they just told Bob they should just closed on the school because. I don't think our kids are doing anything is in school something good about the game there are so excited and and actually the rain and and a little because our practices have been so good since we we advance to the finals so. I'm sure Bob might be experience in the same thing but you know it's just a great day and you know to get their David is such that it's tough tough grind and we're proud of our kids about for you on your school taken to this. And -- same thing they're very excited. You know we've only have actually 11 player that's been there before so good we all know experience and no the game's a little longer and because it's televised live it makes you a little difference -- -- -- a little nervous about that as well that now we're looking forward to Sunday that you agree to. I asked you guys this yesterday. When someone watches high school hockey how -- they noticed it's different. From what they watch when the Blackhawks replace obviously when I come at the skill level and from the Jonathan Toews to a high school kid. But it's not it's it's really the beauty of the game it's not anything else about it correct. Yeah I think I think it's really simple. Or David I mean there's no fighting now obviously but other than that I mean from a relative standpoint the two teams out there. On Sunday have a ton of skill and I think what people see is incredible skill lot of speed. Neither one of us -- that physical so you're not gonna see I was going toe to -- like that but you know we do throw our weight around and and and you have good goaltending I think. I think this matchup is great for high school hockey. Yeah I mean there there's some minor differences obviously I think the first thing people see is that the high school level we were helmets and the full cages. Icing or not touch up I can't tell you gotta touch it here it's automatic -- so there's some you know minor differences but. You know again all of them -- natural speed of the game it's it's known at the same brand hockey as far as. You know figures -- lot of passion on the ice and this is a one game where the Blackhawks -- pros are playing Alicia will be shorter but. It's not the 82 game normal season this is kind of come down a one game you know championships I think the intensity will be very high. What do you guys expect a -- nothing won -- nothing to water seven to six what kind of a game you expect. Well you know again if if if history's any indication now we've had some high scoring games of each other. We've kind of thrown the defense all the window but you know as soon to say that maybe we're gonna have a two to one game but. You know I think both of our teams are similar in the fact that we like to get up and -- the ice it's a fast game we like to move the puck. I think both of us preached defense but sometimes I'm not sure that the took we'll listen so much. But again I think you see a fast paced games I can translate to goals it has in the past but you know that. Oh probably fall on both goalies is well. Yeah I mean week if you really look at this year weeks we played so three times and there's been 29 goals scored so. Wow that's the I don't have a lot of it's a lot of goals -- both our defensive coaches so you know the kids can play offense and -- and I think in -- game like this with all the nerves going on. It could be five to 46 -- five and now that I say that -- -- 21 overtime in double overtime -- -- that got a couple friends whose kids play for you. Ricky -- who I grew up with. -- two of his kids in gym Melo I work with the WGN radio. His -- are starting goalie Sunday he has and now hopefully plays are well. It's important goaltending. You know -- we we can scheme while we want we can get the matchups we want but in the end David it comes out of goaltending it really doesn't and I think that'll and -- winning or losing hockey and. They should be a great crowd the game's going to be on CSN so I would imagine that the hockey aficionado area is going to be pretty excited about this. Yeah they are -- and you know even if the youth levels there's a number of emails and phone calls from you know. Kids and families not necessarily. Directly related isn't sure but do the communities of -- you would not -- long that. Saying hey good luck we're gonna bring down a whole family and out so it is kind of touched the community and I think even just hockey you know people have been promised interment. In a final last year you know even though my team wasn't you know I went down and watched a game just it's a great game it's a great day to be down there. So I think as we go over very well -- thought both you guys.
