And I think you're seeing is much does that mean talks unveiling can't valuing character and taking that into consideration in any somebody. You see him take risks and Gregory is very is another one innings got arrested but -- coming into the draft last year there are some characteristic and in. Mahan DJ Williams has been arrested a couple times and oh did suspend it'll. I like it it's 900 grand guarantee that's it that's the only thing that they have to deal with a staff from what I understand he's kind of -- early guy very much in Cutler style that as far as -- -- goes and you have a lot fun of the people do you have a good time with that but. Hey you know what that what this does is this allows them the luxury of not having to worry about who we're gonna draft that twenty. As far as the middle linebacker goes to -- again just opens up that life well it you don't have -- get a going to sign him or one year may be suspended halfway through you don't nobody -- -- he's a risk yes but it allows you to -- basically have more flexibility with that pick in the whatsoever he's basically said as he wants to unload that pick here come get it for me. And -- so that is more proof that hey look I don't need to get a middle linebacker he may want to. But he saying that may be I don't have to by the signing I really need him plug him right away. I really think -- -- -- one pick because this is team -- aging pretty quickly and they have to get younger just across the board they got. Some of their best players are at thirty you're on Iraq had a thirty they just have thrown under the heading this year. Yes yes and -- yes they give it to you have to contend as an offensive team by the way that's gonna what's gonna be. Stimulating event does not going to be great north side and an end to remember -- divisions got Aaron Rodgers and it you know so you have to be able to score twenty points. And then I think that's where the emphasis going there really gonna be more of an offensive team may have been a long time. It'll be interesting to see whether they can get open -- they can learn to play in front of the words they were you know. Did what happened was is it the defense was from a lot of people really really good leads early last season and once they started doing that the Bears we're not a team he could regularly score. They're gonna know have to change -- emphasis a little bit. And I think -- you know that the choice trust and basically says that here's a guy that's that's known as an offensive guy he's known as an innovator he's good with quarterbacks. They're gonna lose I think they're gonna look to get out of the gate fast in a lot of the ball games and known as an office. And a guy hits until we get the playbook which we haven't seen you just don't know -- -- he's still working on it it will get done in resigning little -- -- -- we don't -- -- -- -- games in August or whatever. But let me get back to -- for second with the the idea of the draft. He's built his career on scouting. Scouting and understanding and developing talent in order to do that you have to have draft picks they have five picks do you think that when he is valuable absolutely he wants multiple picks out of that. And it's yes a lot of people used to complain about -- Angela just trading down for no particular reason. I see this is means to an end overall. You working on competing this year but you've got to develop what you have coming behind you brings -- going to be here forever. Who calls the signals another locker is gone when this is going to be Greg maybe it. Gotta be Greg's -- There's been a lot of talk about middle of the leadership lost fair and Urlacher and on the justice makes -- this is going to be different. Defense is let's be clear about -- -- -- use some of same principles from the same calls signals and stuff like that. But no Tigers have been around us the straight basic comfort to them Lovie Smith ran -- and he's gonna bring some 34 -- principles and -- she's more blitzes. Do you believe sort of cut -- -- do you believe that if -- is still the head coach but Phil Emery was the GM that Urlacher would be absolutely. I think he's almost sentence in interviews. I don't know if you like trust and in his conversations he even mentioned trust and it in his written off. But I've never seen Brian Urlacher talked to me this much stock more to the media the past few days and did the entire focusing on it's different just -- -- Everybody -- to get out there and it's an indication as an end in the end he never got to meet him you know whether it's his choice or dressed as choice you know. What they have to consider that if Lovie was still here and Urlacher wanted to play. That doesn't mean the Bears had to offer him a contract the way they went about this is trying to say save face but look we're offering you two million take it or leave it but it wasn't two million. Was today there was a million with a bunch of us right now it was a million topped out and he was correct that's correct and -- wanted more point being is that they didn't have to make could've easily said okay we'll be still here but we're not offering you deal. At -- with club was -- wouldn't they wouldn't even think about 34 principles. I think you know that Urlacher is leaving might be a little transitional. Think in the defense similar to figure out if I try to become more of a -- and attacking because the ball hawking defense you know. Basically try to hit although as many turnovers they got the first half of the season. They'd be lucky to get that many again but they might become more of a gambling unit than they were -- supposed to love -- cover two which is really more about. Bend don't break defense plus.
