In his four years with the White Sox, Carlos Quentin missed about 42 games per season, on average. And with his latest trip to the shelf, it looks like that trend is on its way to continuing in San Diego.
When healthy, Quentin is a very effective hitter, owning a .352 on-base percentage with 107 home runs while playing for the Sox. He's never played more than 131 games in a season, though, which has robbed some of his value.
