During the owners meetings this Spring in Arizona, John Fox was asked how long it would take to turn around a Bears defense that was historically bad for the past two years.


The leadership, or lack of it, within the Bears over the past two seasons generally threw an increasingly negative light on coach Marc Trestman and staff.
