After two blowout losses put some of their good vibrations on hiatus, the White Sox returned to what got them into the American League playoff race.


After 12 years in the majors, one would think Adam LaRoche has almost done it all. But there was a first for the lefty in Friday’s 13-6 blowout loss to the Yankees. 


The White Sox good fortune is either floating in the Boston Harbor or locked up inside the Green Monster.


With the nonwavier trade deadline on Friday, expect plenty of movement from the teams fighting to be at or near the top of the American and National Leagues.
