The big mystery surrounding Cody Parkey's miss is officially solved.
After there was speculation that Parkey's double-boink was actually tipped, it's been confirmed that the NFL agrees:

Parkey finished 2018 with 76.7 Field Goal percentage, the second-worst of his five-year career. He hit on 23 of his 30 field goal attempts, and was 42-45 on extra points. The double-doink will be what his 2018 is remembered for, though maybe now knowing that it got blocked may provide some closure? The guess here is that it doesn't.
