Odell Beckham Jr.’s name keeps showing up in Vikings trade rumors

Time for some gossip!

According to one NFL reporter, Browns star wide reciever Odell Beckham Jr. may be on his way out of Cleveland and headed to Minnesota:

The #Vikings and #Browns are discussing a trade that will send star WR Odell Beckham Jr. to Minnesota for a a 2nd and 5th round picks next year, according to @MarcMalusis

The #Browns traded a 1st round pick, a 3rd round pick and Safety jabrill Peppers for Odell last season.

Woah! It'd be the second time in a just over a calendar year that Beckham's headlined a major trade – the first being when he was moved from the Giants to the Browns in March of 2019. OBJ (and the rest of the Browns for that matter) had an underwhelming season, setting a career low in catches, yards, and touchdowns (if you exclude the 2017 season when he only played in four games). The Browns cleaned house after a 6-10 season, bringing in new head coach Kevin Stefanksi from, ironically enough, Minnesota.

And while Kleiman's sources seem to be confident that something's up, not everyone's so sure:

Maybe it's just posturing, or maybe the Bears owe Mary Kay Cabot a big thank you for easing their minds. Here's to more crazy trade rumors popping up between now and the draft.
