St. Joseph-Ogden reaches 2A title game with win over Breese Central

Brandon Trimble recorded a game-high 44 points, spearheading St. Joseph-Ogden to the Class 2A boys basketball state title game with a 60-48 comeback win over Breese Central on Friday.

They trailed by six at halftime, but a second-half surge helped the Spartans take home the win.

Be sure to catch the championship game between St. Joseph-Ogden and Taylor Ridge Rockridge on Saturday at 8:30 p.m., which will be aired on CSN. 

Breese Central will battle for third place with Hales Franciscan at 6:30 p.m. on CSN.
