McIntosh got a cool, personalized video invite from newly crowned MVP Stephen Curry, asking the soon-to-be-sophomore point guard to be a college counselor at Curry's basketball camp for high school players.

First off, that's a pretty cool gesture from the man just honored as the best player in professional basketball.

Also, some nice reference to the growing state of Northwestern's basketball program. Wildcats head coach Chris Collins actually has a connection to Curry, having coached Curry's younger brother, Seth, when he was an assistant at Duke.

Collins sent out his own congratulatory message to Curry on Monday:

McIntosh impressed during his freshman season, averaging 11.4 points and 4.7 assists per game, the latter mark good for fifth in the Big Ten.

Perhaps an offseason with the MVP will boost his game to greater heights.
