Trinity Rodman, Dennis' daughter, enters NWSL draft

Washington State forward Trinity Rodman, daughter of Bulls legend Dennis Rodman, has registered for Wednesday's NWSL Draft. She is one of 50 prospects to do so.

It's the culmination of a stellar youth career for Rodman, who has made waves on every level she has played. She entered Washington State the No. 1 recruit in the nation in 2020, and notably led Team USA to a CONCAF Women's Under-20 championship last March, notching two goals in the title game:

With the women's college soccer season postponed, Rodman never saw the pitch in her lone, freshman year for the Cougars. Still, she's projected by multiple outlets as a first-round choice.

The draft will take place Wednesday at 6 p.m. CT and be broadcast on the NWSL's Twitch channel. The Chicago Red Stars own three selections in the four-round draft, including the sixth overall pick.
