Rookie minicamps give teams the chances to evaluate players, for better and worse, and it was “worse” for punter Drew Butler, son of former Bears kicker Kevin.


Rookies need to make good first impressions. It’s part of getting a job. Some did on Friday at the Bears’ first day of rookie minicamp. Other were impressed.
